Returns + Exchanges
You are able to exchange or return any purchase within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be in the same condition you received them in, with the original packaging and hangtags still attached.
Please contact our customer services team via e-mail to arrange both a return or an exchange. Please include your email address, order number and reason of the return/exchange.
Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization will be e-mailed to you within 72 hours with return instructions.
Please do not ship your return or exchange back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. We will issue a returns/exchange reference and arrange the collection through our nominated carrier.
We offer free shipping for one exchange only. Shipping costs for exchanged items are free, this is up to 1 exchange only based on the shipping procedure above being followed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are charged at £5.00.
We will include a returns address form in the package, please attach to the outside of the parcel, if misplaced please find the address below:
