Returns + Exchanges
You are able to return any purchase within 14 days of receipt.
We are not able to offer exchanges currently only returns and refunds.
Items must be in the same condition you received them in, with the original packaging and hangtags still attached.
Please contact our customer services team via e-mail to arrange s return and refund. Please include your email address, order number and reason of the returning.
Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization will be e-mailed to you within 72 hours with return instructions.
Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. We will issue a returns reference and arrange the collection through our nominated carrier.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are charged at the same rate you paid for your outbound shipping.
We will include a returns address form in the package, please attach to the outside of the parcel, if misplaced please find the address below:
